Some days I just have a bad attitude. You know what I'm talking about, right, those days when everyone seems to suck and nothing feels right. You just go through the motions and would rather go back to bed.
I have found the cure!
Take five minutes with a pen and paper and write down 10 things you are grateful for.

I myself have a case of what I call stinkin thinkin from time to time, I have several cures...of course Art, K Love, meditation, a chai latte, sunshine and a good book with no one around.
I can't imagine you being grumpy. Maybe you need a "Life Coach" I know a good one.
My answer to the mopes:
