Self Portrait in watercolor (started with a blind contour drawing,
which is why it is sort of Picasso-like)
a bowl of peaches in pastels on a journal page made of brown packing paper
Finger painting!!!
Sunflowers in pastel

funky torso with canvas journal attached
Well, the fabulous new friendships I made at Artfest were probably the best products of the trip, as well as the great time I had with my good friend Lisa, but I though I would post some pictures of my art work from the classes I took. Keep in mind that these were new mediums and/or new techniques. I came home with a lot to play with and a lot of inspiration!

Cool
I really like the fruit though I can't read the page.
Momma gives thumbs up.
We know you had a great time.
Thanks...You like realistic art. I enjoyed learning how to do it, but I prefer things that are a bit more funky and a little impressionistic.
Oh Lori...how fun & wild! I love the self portrait! Anxious to see it all in person!
So glad you had fun!! Can't wait to hear all about it! :)
Yay! Everything is wonderful. It truly is. You have a beautiful eye for color. You truly do. Isn't fun trying knew stuff.
I think meeting so many wonderful people was the best part too!
Thanks for posting photos! I love them...I'm so impressed with your pastel pieces and LOVE the self portrait, especially since it started with a blind contour drawing--so cool. We should get an art group together to copy something you learned! :)
